Hey all. For those that went to the meeting you have seen my 120 in the garage. Well this is my build thread. I have got a lot accomplished so far. I will start with pictures many have probably already seen. If time permits tomorrow I will post some pictures of the progress I have made.

I have decided to go with a coast to coast overflow for superb surface skimming. You can read up on it here, I am also using the same standpipes that are in that thread.

Drilling the tank.

More to come...

Thanks Johnny! I bought the molding but I have to 45 the it on the corners. I took it to a friends house who had a table saw but, his saw wasn't cutting straight. Now I have to see if another buddy who has a cabinet shop can rip these down for me.

If it ain't one thing it's another!

I got some work done on it tonight...(Thanks to Chris and Walter) Chris took the molding for the pillars and the fluted looking molding to Walter's shop to rip them in a 45. Here's a couple pics of where I am at:

Still need to make the doors, the top for the stand, sand, patch nail holes, sand again, stain, gloss, make canopy, sand, patch nail holes... etc....

A reefers work is never done!

Okay finally done with the stand!!! I wanted to take pictures along the way but lost my camera for a couple of weeks. I never thought the worst part of building the stand was going to be staining it! I have countless hours sanding, then 3 coats to get the "right" color, then spraying the clear, then sanding the clear, then re-spraying the clear...... I am glad it is over!!

Couple of equipment pics too!

I don't know if it is big enough, but I still have the 29gallon for sale. It still has a few pieces of rock and some LS and I have been keeping it running. All that is alive in there is a gorilla crab! You can have him too!! Lol...
